Actually, now i see it up on the page, that questions sounds a tad more offensive than i'd intended. One of the Surfers' heavier albums, I feel, and an extremely good one at that.
Uptown Top Ranking came through on my Blog reader,but not here. I snagged it. I know it was a big hit in The UK, but over here it is a hard record to find. I've never owned a copy. Thanks heaps. Especially with the label art. Classy. (actually, I'm not sure it was a big hit. It got name checked a lot back in the day. Kinda like the Aeneids of Plotinus.)

I just decided on a vague whim to delete the post and see if anyone noticed! My owm Limited Edition, sort of. The label art is very cool, I agree.
It's one of those 45s which always sounds great when you haven't heard it for a while.
